smoking room non-smart tv

My stay had a couple of issues that really bothered me. First, the room reeked of stale smoke (I don't know why I got a smoking room!). It was like being in an ashtray. The TV wasn't a smart TV, a real letdown. the door led to the next room, I could hear everything from there.

The breakfast buffet offered MANY foods to choose from. Staff were polite.

I needed to prolong my stay but this was a BIG problem. There were no superior rooms available, so I opted for a business class room for the additional night. The receptionist was not very COURTEOUS about the room change.

the rooms size was acceptable.

i left my pant and undergarment in the room by mistake but the hotel never called. i phoned them, but there was no response after they check. the front office gave me a number, but i still didn't get a response.

Fantastic stay!

clean room comfortable bed friendly staff

The room was a SUPERIOR room, and it was very clean. I found the bed comfortable. Muskan, Abhinav, and Bilal were very friendly. I appreciated their good hospitality.

The TV was not a smart tv.

The hotel provided good support for the engineering team, VERY helpful for my work. The hotel's location allowed quick access to nearby facilities, convenient. This made commuting much easier.

I had a long-awaited feast at The Great Kabab Factory. The set menu included delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The chicken and paneer rolls were mind-blowing, becoming a highlight of the evening.

a nice stay

good ambience excellent service fantastic food great breakfast

the ambience was very good and the service was excellent, especially the food was fantastic. i have to give thanks to chefs sajid, jay, and jitin for the service. the team. the bar experience was wonderful, the staff showed knowledge and passion for service.

i left a half pant in the room by mistake. there was no call came from hotel and no response after checking with the front desk. multiple reminders yielded no response.
